ALOHA MEDICAL MISSION IN CANDON

The Aloha Medical Mission of Honolulu and the Candonians of Hawaii are conducting a medical mission in Candon City from January 19 to 23, 2009. Dr. Ignacio Torres, a Candonian and surgeon from Honolulu, Hawaii, organized this mission and will coordinate this project. Forty physicians, nurses and lay personnel will perform up to 150 operations and see up to 5000 patients. They will be working at the Candon City Hospital. Poor and sick “Kailians” who are suffering from illness or chronic disease are encouraged to have a medical check-up and treatment.
